We select our product taking into account the desired goal, the structure and the surface to be coated.

1. Outdoor facade

  • 1–1.2 mm coating thickness — covers hairline cracks in the building
  • Thermal insulation (vacuum-sealed ceramic beads) — the lambda value of the insulation material corresponds to 5–8 cm of EPS (polystyrene) insulation
  • Breathable — diffuses 8 dl of water per 1 m² in 24 hours
  • UV resistant
  • 92% reflectivity
  • Can be tinted with light-range pigments
  • 30–40% heating and cooling energy savings can be achieved

2. Interior walls

  • Breathable — diffuses moisture out of the wall
  • Covers thermal bridges and protects against mould
  • Can be tinted with light-range pigments
  • Thermal insulation
  • 92% reflectivity — the wall surface behind the coating does not radiate cold
  • 30–40% heating and cooling energy savings

3. Flat roof

  • 1–1.2 mm — follows thermal expansion (flexible)
  • Reflects 92% of heat
  • Waterproofs the surface
  • UV resistant
  • Bitumen felt under the coating is protected from UV degradation — its lifespan is extended by 10–15 years

4. Metal surfaces

a) Equipment operating in the hot range (heat exchangers, steam pipes, etc.)

  • Corrosion protection
  • 1–1.2 mm coating
  • Thermal insulation
  • Flexible, tolerates thermal expansion
  • Service range from −40 °C to +600 °C — treated surfaces can be touched by hand

b) Equipment operating in the cold range (ammonia pipes in food production plants, or pipes transporting liquids colder than the environment)

  • 1–1.2 mm coating
  • Corrosion protection
  • Anti-condensation coating that prevents dripping from process lines — preventing the formation of bacteriological and virological hotspots
  • Can be used down to −40 °C
